Ayaz has been
in the commercial and residential property financing industry
for close to two decades. Ayaz worked for Firstline Trust
as a top broker before co-founding The
Home Mortgage Group in late 1986.
Ayaz has experience
in all aspect of commercial, construction and residential
lending and also has a strong focus in private company operations
and finance with a stellar reputation within the industry.
He has invested in and developed several large hotel projects
in the USA between 1989-1992
In addition
to his extensive knowledge in the lending industry, Ayaz has
also specialised in entrepreneurial business development.
Mr Virani financed and co-founded a Vancouver based technology
company which had over 40 employees between 1999 -2002.

ties to the community, real-world background, in addition
to graduating with honours with a degree in Marketing Management/with
a Real Estate option from BCIT, this has given
